Technology: Set point only, and pass through signal.

The RM420i™ relay modules are compact circuit boards with intelligent electronics and logic for monitoring 4-20mA current loop. Two settable trip points activate SPDT relays. Measures 2.5x3.5x1" (LWH), with corner #6 mounting holes on 2x3.1" centers. Power supply: 12-30VDC; drain 5mA (relays off) to 28mA (relays on). Power increases 20mA while setting thresholds. Relay contacts are rated at 120V, 1A.

The small size permits installation directly inside a sensor or recorder, thus avoiding the cost of a separate enclosure. Or, clusters of RM-420 units can be installed in a common enclosure for monitoring multiple 4-20mA instruments... even using a common set of audio/visual alarm/warning indicators.
