E-Star Service
E-star is an electronic Q-star, E-star allows us to trouble shoot, test, train personnel
and/or setup your present Rel-Tek PC based system. With the use of PC anywhere and
a dedicated phone line, we can remotely view, update and/or help you with your needs.
If there is a problem, with E-star you can reduce the time to get a technician or engineer
on site. It also allows more of the staff to evaluate your need and indoctrinate a feasible
correction as soon as possible.
With a completed E-star evaluation a decision can be made if further technical assistance
is needed by on-site visit or by shipping a needed part. This part may be shipped by
overnight delivery. On site visit would have to be scheduled to accommodate both the
customer and Rel-Tek.
