1.) SafeBoss/FT - Economical gas detection system (GDS) designed for monitoring accumulations of explosive CNG, LNG, & LPG gases in alt-fuel vehicle maintenance garages.
2.) Begin with a basic 1-bay (2-sensor) system. Can expand later by adding more field I/O boxes and sensors, as your requirements grow.

The low budget, single-bay starter package includes: 2 multi-gas GB100/AP sensors; the SafeBoss/FT controller; an audio/visual alarm; and 4 control relays that activate fans, doors, and electrical equipment on elevated gas readings. Sensor cables and portable calibration accessories are also included.
4.) Long life combustible gas sensors: the multi-gas detector heads respond appropriately to LEL amounts of methane, ethane, propane, or hydrogen.

6.) The 15-minute battery backup included maintains GDS operation while client’s emergency generator comes on line.
7.) Essential hazardous area sensor approvals: Intrinsic Safety certifications for US and Canada, Include both OSHA (NRTL, Class 1, Div 1) and MSHA (classified G/H/L for mines).
8.) Also, approvals are on file with the Los Angeles Electrical Lab and with the NYC Fire department.
9.) GasBoss100/AP sensors are approved Intrinsically Safe, so use normal wiring - no need for costly pressure sealed conduit as in explosion proof equipment.
10.) A 7” touch-screen color monitor on the front of the controller provides HMI graphics showing sensor values, alarm status and locations. Custom graphics, with your own screen logos, available. Setup tools, a library of icons, and instructions are provided.
11.) SafeBoss/FT will log sensor and alarm conditions for years. Automatic file management is standard.
12.) View history graphs and bar charts anytime. Link to your network computer (if available).
13.) Connect to your LAN and access Internet (if available).
14.) Add MagiKal, our fully automatic sensor calibration utility - saves lives and money, even extends sensor life.
15.) The Linux operating system with layered passwords limits access and provides extra security against tampering and hackers.
